车间/维修：加厚纱卡、涤棉斜纹，210g以上，肘膝可加固；

Workshop/Maintenance: Thick yarn card, polyester cotton twill, above 210g, elbow and knee can be reinforced;

户外/物流：速干+反光条，冬季做防风内胆；

Outdoor/Logistics: Quick drying+reflective strip, windproof inner liner in winter;

特种岗位：防静电、阻燃、防油污，建议索要检测报告，别信口头“达标”。

Special positions: anti-static, flame retardant, and oil pollution prevention. Testing reports must be requested, do not believe verbal "compliance".

看死三个工艺点

Watch out for three craftsmanship points

腋下、裤裆、口袋口建议打枣加固；锁边双线不跳针；拉链纽扣用工业件。受力位没加固，洗半年就裂——这是工装寿命的分水岭。

Underarms, crotch, and pocket openings must be reinforced with jujube; Double line locking without needle skipping; Industrial parts for zipper buttons. If the stress position is not reinforced, it will crack after half a year of washing - this is the watershed of the service life of the tooling.

流程别省

Process saving

先上门量体/填尺码表→打样封样→大货按样衣验收。合同写清：面料成分+克重、色差范围、交期、补单价、备用件比例（建议留5%）。没封样直接量产，后面全在补货扯皮。

First, go on-site to measure/fill in the size chart → make and seal the sample → inspect the bulk according to the sample clothes. Contract clearly states: fabric composition+weight, color difference range, delivery time, supplementary unit price, spare parts ratio (recommended to leave 5%). Without sealing the sample, mass production will be carried out directly, and the rest will be in the process of replenishment and negotiation.

本地有自有车间的厂，优势在能摸样衣、量体准、补单不色差。选厂别先砍单价，先问“版型留档几年、补单几件起做”。

There is a factory with its own workshop locally, which has the advantage of being able to sample clothes, measure accurately, and make up orders without color difference. Don't cut the unit price first when choosing a factory, ask 'how many years should the pattern be kept on file and how many additional orders should be made' first.
