办公/商务：65/35涤棉或精梳棉，180–210g，抗皱好打理；

车间/维修：80/20涤棉或加厚纱卡，210g+，肘膝可加固；

Workshop/Maintenance: 80/20 polyester cotton or thick yarn card, 210g+, elbow and knee can be reinforced;

餐饮/保洁：易洗涤棉，别用纯棉（缩水贴身）；

Catering/cleaning: Easy to wash polyester cotton, do not use pure cotton (shrink close fitting);

户外/物流：速干或加反光条，冬季考虑防风内胆。

Outdoor/Logistics: Quick drying or adding reflective strips, consider windproof inner lining in winter.

二、版型别用S/M/L一刀切

弯腰后背撕裂、袖口短一截，不是面料差，是版型没按动作做。批量下单前做“三级量体”：标准码覆盖多数员工、特体单独改、预留5%机动件应对离职补员。

面料成分+克重写进条款、样衣封样留存、约定次品率和延期赔偿——比单纯砍单价更防坑。

Rewrite the fabric composition and weight into the terms, seal and retain samples, agree on the defect rate and delay compensation - it is more pit proof than simply cutting the unit price.

本地有自有流水线的服装厂，优势在“能看样、能上门量体、补单不色差”。选厂时别先问总价，先问：能不能打样？有没有面料检测？补单留不留版型档案？

There is a local clothing factory with its own assembly line, which has the advantage of "being able to see samples, measure at home, and make up orders without color difference". When choosing a factory, don't ask about the total price first. First, ask: Can we make a sample? Is there any fabric testing available? Do you want to keep the template file for supplementary orders?
